Our years of experience doing deals has taught us how to zealously represent out clients in business transactions without throwing the baby out with bathwater. The fact is that the wrong approach most often begets the wrong result. We are firm, but respectful. We say what we are going to do and then do it. Perhaps most importantly, we always begin with the end in mind. In a transaction where the relationship between the parties will survive the closing it makes no sense to take intractable positions. How one bargains is often as important as what one bargains for. We do not burn relationships. We always strive to add value to the deal.
